MIA Instant Messenger

MIA (AIM spelled backwards) is an open source Windows instant messaging client written in C++ using MFC. MIA currently supports the TOC protocol (AIM).
MIA is halted and is an incomplete client, although it does work. Right now, MIA is nothing more than a small base.
The project source code can be found on Github.
The TOC protocol documentation can be downloaded here: TOC1.0.zip.
